Kinoo warrants each Kinoo Wand against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with Kinoo’s published guidelines for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original purchase by the end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”). Kinoo’s published guidelines include but are not limited to information contained in technical specifications, user manuals, and service communications.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, the warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the original purchaser and the country in which the product was purchased. If your Kinoo Wand was originally purchased by someone else as a gift for you, as shown by a gift receipt, you will be considered the "original purchaser."
